Ark were commissioned  by a leading singer songwriter to undertake full refurbishment and extension works to an existing grade 2 listed building, including the creation of new professional carbon zero recording studio.

The project involved the creation of a new glazed master bedroom and bathroom as part of a new linked extension with the provision of a private photovoltaic (solar farm) to provide the energy needed to heat, cool and run the new studio and existing house.
