A £1.5M redevelopment scheme on a former caravan and traveller site within an existing residential community. Opened in 2015, the Hillside Park development includes nine apartments for adults with some support needs and provides on-site carer and administration accommodation. The scheme includes two purpose built bungalows which are available for rental for those with general needs.

This contemporary scheme includes social meeting space within the circulation areas for residents along with secure communal gardens and off road parking.
