Ark have maintained their role as architects and lead designers in the development of ‘The Vineyard, since it was purchased by Sir Peter Michael in 1996. Now acknowledged as West Berkshire's principle Country House Hotel and Restaurant, it was originally known as Foley Lodge, a modest 3 star Hotel. Following its purchase the building was completely overhauled and extended to provide 5 star bedroom accommodation and Michelin star dining.

Further projects have been undertaken by Ark to provide additional bedroom suites, a refurbished spa area and latterly, a new entrance lounge incorporating a glass wine vault display on 2 levels with a fully glazed floor.
